No, the program doesn’t contain any advanced lifts that would require coaching. There are video demonstrations for each lift as well as form cues to help guide you.

Almost all exercises require only basic gym equipment: squat rack, bench, dumbbells and barbells. The few exercises that use other things like a smith machine or swiss ball could easily be substituted for other similar movements if you don’t have access to this equipment.

The program contains 3 sessions of approx 1.5 hours per week. However we put a big emphasis on the idea that something is better than nothing. If you aren’t currently working in the gym then even doing just 1 session would be a massive improvement.
